    Tour guide & driver service: Today drive to Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base to see the lovely pandas. Proceed to explore Leshan Giant Buddha. Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant. In the late afternoon, drive back to Chengdu for overnight.

  • DAY 3 Chengdu/Jiuzhaigou

    Transfer via: flight for economy class - our arrangement

    Activities for today: Airport transfer, Huanglong National Park

    Tour guide & driver service: After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Jiuzhaigou. Upon arrival, you are taken to explore Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area (Huanglong National Park, cable car optional - CNY120/pp) in Songpan county. In the park, you will see the 5,588 meters high peak-Xuebaoding (snow treasure summit) of Minshan mountain ranges and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery composed of primitve forests, calcified waterfalls, mysterious Yellow Dragon Bathing Cave, and the five-colored pool etc. Later, drive to Jiuzhaigou and check into your hotel.

    Activities for today: Jiuzhaigou Valley

    Tour guide & driver service: Full day explore Jiuzhaigou (Jiuzhai Valley National Park) which can be considered a natural botanical and Zoological Garden. It is part of the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. Jiuzhaigou was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992, and it was also awarded the status of UNESCO Man and Biosphere Reserve in 1997 with its large number of lake groups.

Price Includes

Private Transfers:
Between airports / railway station, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing in the cities specified in the itinerary by the private air conditioned vehicle with driver and English-speaking guide. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges.
Entrance fees:
All entrance fees to scenic spots as listed above in the itinerary. The final arrangement will be determined by local tour guides based on the local circumstances which are beyond the control of TourJiuZhaiGou. TourJiuZhaigou will adhere to the original itinerary as accurately as possible.
Meals:
All meals as specified in the itinerary. “B” stands for western breakfast “L” for Chinese Lunch in local Chinese restaurant. “D” for Chinese dinner in local Chinese restaurant. The quotation is basic on the above normal meals. If you have any special request about meals, like vegetarian, or Indian food etc, please inform us in advance.
Private tour escort for Sightseeing:
Normal sightseeing activities as outlined in the Itinerary will be escorted with English-speaking guide.
The English-speaking guide and driver of each city accompany you throughout the entire tour in that city. They do not fly with you from one city to another.
Accommodation (if include Yangtze Cruiser):
Service based on two adults sharing on one standard twin/double-bed room (cabin); solo travelers or those who want to occupy one twin/double-bed room/cabin of their own are required to pay additional charge of single supplement rate. A single room (cabin) is subject to availability based on prior request at an additional cost; if the recommended hotel is not available, it will be substituted by a similar class one.
All hotels as listed in the above itinerary serve daily western or Chinese breakfast. All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.

All the domestic airfare of economy class with airport tax/ or train ticket(s) as specified in the itinerary.

Destinations

Chengdu

Chengdu is the provincial capital of Sichuan Province in Southwest China. It is located on the edge of the Chengdu Plain which is known as the “Country of Heaven” (Tian Fu Zhi Guo). The agriculture in Chengdu really develop well, as a result, it is also called the “Land of Milk and Honey” due to this. One thing you must do in Chengdu is visiting the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. 

Chengdu is famed as “the home Town of Giant Panda” which attracts millions of tourists from inland and abroad. Moreover, Chengdu has a history of more than 2,000 years with numerous historical places of interests and relics. 

You can experience the history of Chengdu can go to the Jinsha Site Museum, Sanxingdui Museum, Wuhou Memorial Temple and Wenshu Temple, or you can stroll in the Jinli Ancient Street and the Wide and Narrow Alley to relax yourself. Additionally, you’d better not miss the Sichuan Cuisine.

Leshan

Leshan is a prefecture-level city located at the confluence of the Dadu and Min rivers in Sichuan Province. 

It is located on the southwestern fringe of the Red Basin in southern Sichuan, about 120 km from Chengdu. 

Leshan is a national historical and cultural city in China, belongs to the ancient Shu State in history, and has the reputation of "Begonia Scent Country". 

Today, Leshan has listed in China's world natural and cultural heritage cities, owns three World Heritages: Leshan Giant Buddha, Mount Emei and Dongfeng Weir. 

Jiuzhaigou

Jiuzhaigou County, once named Nanping County, is a county of Sichuan Province, China. In 1998, it is renamed Jiuzhaigou, because the county consists of nine villages in a valley in Sichuan Province and it is under the administration of the Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. 

This county is mainly famous for the Jiuzhaigou Valley, or the Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area which is known for its many multi-level waterfalls, colorful lakes, forests, and snow-capped peaks. 

It was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992 and was awarded the status of UNESCO Man and Biosphere Reserve in 1997. 

The valley is a paradise for the wildlife. There are 27 protected rare and endangered species like the giant panda, Sichuan golden monkey, and more than 140 species birds are inhabitant in this valley.
