1
Chengdu
Transfer via: flight - your arrangement
Activities for today: Airport to hotel transfer, Airport transfer (Chengdu), Wuhou Temple, Jinli Ancient Street
Hello and welcome to Chengdu, known as the land of abundance and the hometown of the giant pandas. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted at the airport by a tour guide and then taken to visit the Wuhou Temple and Jinli Ancient Street. Following dinner, you will be escorted to your comfortable hotel for the evening.

Chengdu/Moxi
Transfer via: private vehicle
Activities for today: Drive to Moxi, Shangli Old Town, Moxi Town
Embark on a full day of sightseeing by driving 256km (6-7 hours) to Moxi Town through the picturesque West Sichuan Plain. En route, we will make a stop at Shangli Old Town. Upon reaching Moxi, take time to explore the quaint Catholic church and some of the local family houses in the town.

Moxi/Hailuogou/Kangding
Activities for today: Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park
Following breakfast, we will journey to Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park for a full day of exploration. This park, the largest glacier park in China, features a variety of natural wonders including glaciers, majestic glacier cascades, pristine forests, wildlife, and hot springs. Upon arrival, we will board a sightseeing bus at the park entrance, traveling through the enchanting primitive forests to the No. 3 Base Camp via the No. 1 and No. 2 Base Camps. At the No. 3 Base Camp, you have the option to take a cable car (at your own expense) to the No. 4 Base Camp. From the cable car, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the harmonious blend of the primitive forest and glaciers. On a clear day, you may even catch sight of the spectacular giant ice waterfalls and the majestic main peak of Mount Gongga, known as "the King of Sichuan's mountains" with an elevation of 7,556 meters. Alternatively, if you choose not to take the cable car, you can stroll through the primitive forest to the glaciers viewing platform to witness the marvels of the glaciers, such as glacier crevasses and mushroom-shaped glaciers. Following lunch, you will have free time to explore the glacier forest park at your leisure. Afterwards, board the sightseeing bus back to the park entrance, where you will be transferred by private car to Kangding (120 km, 3 hours).

Kangding/Danba/Mount Siguniang
Activities for today: Drive to Mount Siguniang, Jiaju Tibetan Village
Today's itinerary involves a 245km drive (7 hours) to Mount Siguniang, with a stop to explore the renowned Valley of Beauty in Danba County along the way. This mystical valley is home to numerous traditional Tibetan villages. Among them, we will visit the Jiaju Tibetan Village, recognized as one of "the Top Six Charming Ethnic Villages in China" by China National Geographic magazine in 2005. The village features stunning watchtowers and traditional Tibetan fortress-like houses, creating a picturesque scene amidst the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Mount Siguniang/Danba

Activities for today: Mount Siguniang
Following breakfast, we will embark on a journey to the Mount Siguniang Scenic Area. Our itinerary includes a bus tour to explore the picturesque Shuangqiao Valley and Changping Valley. In the afternoon, we will make our way back to Danba (110 km, 3 hours) and ensure your safe arrival at the hotel.

Danba/Kangding

Activities for today: Take photos
Today's itinerary focuses on a scenic driving tour with photography opportunities. On our way back to Chengdu, we will pass through several stunning locations including the Jiaju Tibetan Village, Bamei (renowned for its exquisite bonsai beach), Xinduqiao (a photographer's paradise), and Tagong Grassland. We will conclude the day by staying overnight in Kangding.

Kangding/Chengdu
Activities for today: Drive back to Chengdu, Wide and Narrow Alley, Yuanyang Hot Pot
In the morning, savor your breakfast before we embark on our journey back to Chengdu (350 km, 7 hrs). Upon arrival, we will explore the Wide and Narrow Alley. For dinner tonight, we have arranged a meal at a renowned hot pot restaurant where you can indulge in the "double flavor hot pot" (Yuanyang Hot Pot). This local specialty combines a unique blend of slightly numbing, spicy, sour, and sweet flavors, making it a truly distinctive culinary experience in China.

Chengdu/Exit
